We finally finished planting our pumpkin and winter squash patch last week! It was HOT with a ‘feels like’ of 105 at 8PM. They’re all doing wonderful and we’re so excited to harvest these fun varieties from Johnny's Selected Seeds in a few months!

And 2 different jack o lantern varieties - Champion and Renegade!

The winter squash varieties will be included in our fall CSA! If you’re looking to be a part of that, don’t hesitate to reach out as spaces are filling up fast!

Will be terminating this cover crop mix soon, so sad to see the crimson clover go. It’s been so pretty and the bees have absolutely loved it!

Today’s the day! Time to start clearing out the greenhouse and filling in the garden rows and the new plot out back. Then we’ll have room to start the next round of starts!

Was such a beautiful day for planting corn! Bush beans next and then transplanting squash. The clover on the other side of the plot is doing its job well and the winter squash will go in once it’s done. The season is upon us, for sure! 🌽🫘
