Good morning!
We're open for coffee, baked goods, grab and go food, groceries, and café service (and espresso!) by .
Thanks to the many people who pop their head in to check us out each week - we are happy to meet new neighbors and community members whether they arrive on foot, by bike (or scooter!), by car, or by bus.
The facility Farm Kitchen Workshop is still very much in launch mode having just opened in May, so certain parts of our on site offerings are either underway (like workshop schedules) or are altogether not visible to guests. This includes , our woodworking operation which exists behind the scenes (under the scenes really - taking up about 1/3 of the basement-level of our facility). Rest assured that it's humming away most days. The piece of our woodworks that is more visible is the unfinished room off of the Farm Shop. That space will make way for our woodworking showroom and consultation space. When finished late this summer, that space will display pieces made in our woodworks while also featuring retail items made by other local artisans. If you've ever been to an "Open Barn" event at the farm, this room will be a permanent space that feels very much like Open Barn did.
We look forward to seeing you for a coffee or espresso, some freshly made sandwiches from Libretto's menu, or just a "hello, we're just checking you out".
Have a great Wednesday and see you soon!
PS We now have Easthampton-raised quail eggs in the Farm Shop! If you haven't tried them, they're delicious like a chicken egg just more petite. The quail farmer recommended frying one to go on top of a sandwich or salad - a recommendation we loved because who doesn't love miniature food?
New items are stocked in the shop often - from cheese and eggs to baked goods and pantry items. Swing by!
