Blackberry simple syrup will be out on the stand starting tonight!

Try a blackberry mojito!

Ingredients:

Fresh blackberries
Fresh mint leaves
1 oz (30 ml) blackberry simple syrup
2 oz (60 ml) white rum
Juice of 1 lime
Club soda
Crushed ice
Lime wedges and extra blackberries, for garnish

Instructions:

In a tall glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh blackberries and mint leaves together until they release their flavors.

Fill the glass or shaker with crushed ice. Add the blackberry simple syrup, white rum, and lime juice. Stir well to combine and muddle the ingredients further.

Fill the glass almost to the top with more crushed ice. Top it off with club soda and gently stir to combine.

Garnish your Blackberry Mojito with a lime wedge and a few extra blackberries. You can also add a sprig of fresh mint for an extra touch of freshness.

We are back’

The self serve farm stand is open. Just drive by, grab what you need, and leave a donation.

On the table-
Beans
Cucumbers
Zucchini and squash
Tromboncino squash

Available on request (text 897-4173)
Bags of cooking greens (collards, kale, mustard)
Herbs (mint, rosemary, parsley, catnip, yarrow)

In a few weeks, we will have:
Tomatoes
Peppers
Okra
Blackberries
Flowers

We are also working on some new jarred items, including blackberry syrup and pickles (fermented, with probiotics !)

Hello from the farm! It's been a few years!

We are in need of empty cat litter plastic containers (jug or square). If you have any that you would like to donate, feel free to drop them off in our package box (right behind the mailbox). They will be used for Kratky gardening and will hopefully result in a bunch of amazing veggies this summer!
