Cooking classes empower children with skills that last a lifetime. Beyond learning recipes, kids gain confidence, creativity, healthy habits, and a deeper understanding of how food nourishes their bodies. By teaching children to cook, we are helping them build a foundation for lifelong wellness and independence.
Cooking classes offer a variety of skills from strengthening math, reading and science skills, promoting responsibility and social connections.
Monday is the first day for kids ages 5-11 and teen classes the upcoming week.
