After a long busy winter, spring harvest is here. We will be returning to tomorrow Saturday 6/6 you can find us in our normal stalls 18&20 in the A-shed.

Best for Cooking: Frozen garlic is ideal for soups, stews, sauces, and sautรฉs; itโ€™s better cooked than raw

There are multiple ways you can freeze Garlic, this is known as the Flat Method.

Flat Method: Blend garlic into a paste or mince it, spread it flat in a freezer bag, and score it into squares with a knife before freezing for easy breaking.
