Our Story
The Tasting Room at DeFisher Fruit Farms is family owned business located in Williamson, NY, just 25 minutes east of Rochester, NY, and three miles off the shores of Lake Ontario. Our tasting room proudly serves locally produced all-natural ciders and spirits that source fresh grown fruit from the fifth generation, 500 acre DeFisher Fruit Farm. You can find Rootstock Ciderworks and Apple Country Spirits available at all times and we encourage you to visit and taste the wide variety of products and flavors.
As part of our First Friday series we offer meals on the first Friday of every month. In collaboration with Max Rochester we invite guest to join us for a delicious meal, live entertainment, and a perfect pairing featuring any of our craft beverages.
