We are so excited that we got our hands on a keg of Innerstoic's hard cider. When we first met Aaron about a year ago, we absolutely LOVED his cider, but he mostly bottles it and only did kegs occasionally. So when he said he'd have some kegs in the fall, we hopped right on it. Described as dry and incredibly approachable, this stuff is good...real good.

Trivia Nights at Rosko’s start at 7:30PM on Thursdays! Excited for another fun season for trivia with Chase Smith 💡🧠❓. Stop in for a few weeks or join the league. A few quick reminders:

- Seating is first come, first served. No reservations, but most weeks you’ll be fine if you’re here 15-30 mins early.

- We humbly require a $10 min purchase per player. We are paying for the entertainment, and we’re also a business. Not asking for much, but due to our limited space we need purchases to make it viable. A soft drink and a pretzel cover the min for those who don’t drink alcohol!

- Be courteous and friendly and share the space with other players if necessary. Our vibe is communal.

It’s almost Roskoberfest 2026!

Saturday, September 19th, we will be hosting our 3rd Oktoberfest celebration ALL DAY from 12-10pm. NO admission fees, come and go as you please as we celebrate a most epic day for beer.

Registration is still available for the Roskoberfest Games. If you participate in the Games you get this glass stein (1st fill included) and a chance at glory. Link in previous posts or stop into the taproom or DM us for more info.

Limited quantities of these 0.5L mugs will be available for sale that day.

We are doing another edition of "Behind the Brews" at Rosko's Brew House. A guided beer experience and tour led by Brewer Taylor Strein, this iteration will include flights of our All-German beer menu curated for Roskoberfest 2026!

Learn about the beers created, understand their differences, and enjoy a behind-the-scenes interaction with our brewer.

$30/person includes (8) 5-oz samples of our German beers, interactive discussion with Taylor, and tour of our operations.

"Parlor Pils" (126)
4.8% ABV, 34 IBU

Beer 6 of 8 (!) of our 2026 Roskoberfest Series lineup, Parlor Pils is exactly the kind of Rosko's beer you crave. Crispy, appropriately bitter, and absolutely crushable, we expect this beer to absolutely fly again this season. I can already hear it now... someone's going to ask if they can stick their head under the tap and slug 'er down... and the answer will be an emphatic "no!"... but we also understand what they mean. 😅 Beer description below:

"Parlor Pils" is a brilliant, floral and pleasantly bitter German-style Pilsner. Using predominantly Pilsner Malt and hopped with the Kaiser hop of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, expect a clean, crisp and crushable drinking experience. This beer is named after our elegant Victorian Parlor Room which now houses our brew house.

The summer is over and so is the Little League World Series. I just wanted to make a post to discuss just how amazing the LLWS experience is for our town.

From a business perspective, we had some successes, like selling out of our first year of pins and our AirBNB being booked all week. But I really just want to make this statement:

The LLWS is truly a magical experience for this town. From the parade, to the decorations downtown, to the coverage on TV that makes Williamsport look amazing, to the general buzz downtown, to the game day experience I could go on and on.

I am feeling a little empty this Monday, missing all the fun and memories I made with my family surrounding the games. It's bitter-sweet as school started today and I'm very much looking forward to the fall season (and our German beer menu is almost fully rolled out, and it's delish!)

So anyways, just wanted to say how grateful I am to live in this town and be able to immerse myself into the LLWS experience. Hope you all feel the same!
