PA Cider Fest! We’re COMIN’ IN HOT and can’t wait to party with you all this Saturday!

In an attempt to make sure we are properly stocked and not leaving anyone short on bottles, we’re asking that if you intend on purchasing larger quantities of specific bottles, please DM us prior to 8pm Friday evening (6/12) with your order and we’ll be happy to set them aside ahead of time.

Additionally, we have a 🚨LOW STOCK ALERT🚨 on two different offerings:

🍇 🍎 IRIS CO-FERMENT (1 case left)
🍏 WILD CRABAPPLE PÉT-NAT (3 cases left)

We’ve reserved these low stock offerings for our CiderFest friends, so if you’re interested in locking up bottles, get ahold of us ASAP!

We thought Hot Mulled Cider season was behind us, but Mother Nature seemed to have other plans!

As you fend off the cold today, make sure to stop by the Main Stage beverage tent to snag a hot pour, and if you’re in need of warm clothing (or have extra to share), make sure to take advantage of the free warm clothing available at the Hub Tent!

🌼🌸Happy Spring, Stoics! 🌸🌼

We've been a bit “social-media-quiet” lately, but rest assured- The winery has been a frenzy of activity prepping all of your favorite warm weather pours!

With blossoms beginning to pop, abundant sunshine and the quiet buzz of bees filling the air, we thought it would only be fitting that our first release of the 2025 season be a bright, citrusy fan favorite:

🐝🍯🌞 ‘42’ CYSER 🌞🍯🐝

The ‘25 returns with a predominantly Goldrush base, but new for this bottling we also blended in small percentages of Golden Russet, Calville Blanc and Dabinett apples. When fermented and backsweetened with beautiful orange blossom honey, the end result is a delightful, refreshing pour with tingly bubbles and just the right amount of natural honey sweetness.
