Hoppy Saturday!!
As we finish up the clean up and move the last 13 years of (we might need that some day) stuff we wanted to take a moment and answer a few questions.
1) No, the new place will not be “just like Riepstines” and that’s the point! They are going to make the place their own and we are looking forward to it!
2) NO! They will not be brewing any of Bart’s recipes. Again, that’s the point! We are looking forward to seeing what they offer and any true craft beer lover should feel the same.
And finally no, they will not be making any of the foods you’ve come to expect from us. STILL THE POINT!! I for one can’t wait to sample the pizza that I’ve heard nothing but great things about.
Bart and I know that we were privileged to have the most Amazing customers and we’re asking that you all give this next young couple the same chance that you gave us all of those years ago.

Still cleaning out and found a few gems that we’d hate to pour down the drain.
Stop in Friday from 3-7 to grab some and maybe a pint or two before our team has to shed some tears.

A home brewer at heart, Bart had a vision of a place where the misfits finally felt like they belonged, where anyone who felt alone could feel included and those of us that look at the world a little differently would feel seen. The literal definition of Chosen Family describes it best… “A close-knit group of friends, mentors, or peers whom an individual relies on for unconditional love, safety, and support, regardless of biological connection.”
And since every family needs a home…”The real meaning of home goes far beyond physical walls or a mailing address. Home is a secure sanctuary where you can drop your guard, be your true self, and connect unconditionally with loved ones”
Riepstine’s became a solid home, where everyone knew they were family!
We may have wiped down the bar, turned off the lights, locked the door and driven off for one last time from the building, but the HOME AND FAMILY is still with all of you. Where ever life takes you, we hope you all know, that “should you need us” we’ll always be around.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! For taking Bart’s vision and turning it into more than we ever could have dreamed.
