Tebbs Farms & Greenhouses Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses is located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on Four Mile Drive. Each season brings different products to their customers.

A family owned farm/greenhouse business in the heart of Loyalsock Township where we pride ourselves with seasonal homegrown quality produce & greenhouse plants as well as fresh local products by some of our favorite small businesses. We open in March with Easter flowers through June with various annuals and perennials, priding ourselves in our hanging baskets and healthy plants. June brings homegr

own strawberries which leads into July, August, and September with our famous homegrown, super sweet corn and other garden vegetables. October we are stocked with pumpkins and fall goodies. In December we have fresh cut Christmas trees and beautiful poinsettias.

You wanted more meal bowls… and this one might be dangerous. 😂
Introducing our BIG MAC BURGER BOWL — all those classic burger flavors you know and love, piled into one seriously loaded bowl.

🥔 We start with Tebbs homegrown golden potatoes, chipped up and fried in butter with sweet onions until golden and delicious.
🍔 Then comes local ground beef, seasoned with spices, ketchup & mustard to give it that unmistakable classic burger flavor.
And because the SAUCE is arguably the best part… we add a generous layer of our homemade Big Mac-style special sauce. 🤤
Then we load it up with:
🥒 Kosher dill pickles
🧅 Sweet onions
🧀 Cheddar cheese
🥫 MORE homemade special sauce
✨ And a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds over the top — because you can’t have a Big Mac-inspired bowl without the sesame seeds!
It’s cheesy, beefy, tangy, buttery, pickle-y and saucy with crispy-edged potatoes underneath soaking up all that goodness.
Basically, we took the burger, ditched the bun, and gave it the Tebbs meal bowl treatment. 🙌🍔

🍗 CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD
This one has been a favorite before, so we’re bringing it back!
Tender chicken marinated in Caesar dressing and pan-seared, tossed with pasta, crisp romaine lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and Caesar dressing. Basically everything you love about a Chicken Caesar Salad...but we added pasta, because pasta makes everything better. 😂

🥢🔥 NEW MEAL BOWL: SESAME CHICKEN HIBACHI BOWLS! 🔥🥢
You guys… THIS ONE. 🤤🤤🤤
If you love that combination of sweet, sticky sesame chicken + buttery, garlicky hibachi noodles + savory hibachi veggies, you are going to absolutely lose it over these.

And when we say these were a labor of love… Rachel basically moved into the kitchen today. 😂 While Ashley spent the day transforming the stand for fall 🍂🎃, Rachel spent ALL. DAY. making these bowls one layer at a time.

And every single layer brings something to the party. 👏
🥢 THE NOODLES: Lo mein noodles stir-fried in BUTTER with fresh garlic, carrots, peas and onions, then hit with teriyaki and soy sauce. They’re buttery, garlicky, salty, slightly sweet and soaked with all that incredible hibachi flavor.
🥕 THE VEGGIES: A generous layer of hibachi vegetables, cooked until tender with those delicious browned edges and that savory, buttery flavor you want when you’re sitting around a hibachi grill.
🍯🔥 AND THAT CHICKEN.
This was NOT frozen, pre-breaded chicken tossed into a fryer. Rachel cut the chicken, battered it and HAND-FRIED EVERY. SINGLE. PIECE. in small batches until perfectly golden.
Then all those crispy little pieces were tossed in a sticky honey sesame sauce that’s sweet, savory, slightly garlicky and loaded with that toasted sesame flavor.
THAT SAUCE. 🤤
It gets into all those little crispy edges of the chicken, and then when you get a bite of that sticky sesame chicken with the buttery garlic noodles underneath… GOOD. GRIEF.
Finally, we layered it all together — buttery hibachi lo mein on the bottom, savory hibachi veggies, a big pile of that sticky sesame chicken, and a finishing sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions.

Sweet. Salty. Buttery. Garlicky. Savory. Sticky. Toasty.

It’s basically everything you want from your favorite hibachi dinner AND your favorite Chinese takeout piled into one bowl. 🥢🔥
Were they an insane amount of work?
YES. 😂

Did Rachel question her life choices somewhere around batch #47 of hand-fried chicken?
Also yes.

Would we do it all over again after tasting the finished bowl?

Salad season has been SO much fun, but with fall creeping in, we think it’s time to start switching gears. 🍂

We loved having something each week that could basically cover lunch or dinner for the day — so we want to keep that same idea going… just a little cozier. 🤎

But before we decide what comes next, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Here are a few ideas we’re tossing around:

Think hearty, grab-and-go meals like the bowls we’ve been making lately — potatoes, chicken, veggies, homemade sauces, all the good stuff piled into one bowl.

A homemade soup paired with a fresh wrap — an easy lunch or dinner you can grab and have your meal DONE. We could change the combinations each week just like we did with salads!

This one could be FUN. 👀
Think Buffalo Chicken Dip, Reuben Dip, Cheesesteak Dip, Taco Dip… all those warm, cheesy, scoop-it-up-and-don’t-talk-to-me-until-it’s-gone kinds of dips. 😂 Perfect for football Saturdays!

🥢🔥 NEW MEAL BOWL ALERT: HIBACHI CHICKEN BOWL! 🔥🥢🚨 AVAILABLE TOMORROW !

Okay… we are having WAY too much fun with these meal bowls. 😂 And this one might just give your favorite hibachi place a run for its money. 👀

We took a Teriyaki Hibachi Chicken Bowl and gave it the full TEBBS treatment — meaning a whole bunch of what’s inside was grown right here on our farm! 🌱🙌

🍚 We started with homemade fried rice made with fresh local eggs, peas, carrots and homegrown garlic, fried together and seasoned with LOTS of soy sauce and teriyaki for that salty, savory hibachi flavor we all love.

🥕 Then THE VEGGIES. We sautéed our homegrown zucchini, homegrown carrots and sweet Candy onions with more homegrown garlic, soy sauce and teriyaki until tender and absolutely loaded with flavor.

🍗 Next we piled on tender chicken marinated in soy sauce, teriyaki, homegrown garlic and ginger for the perfect sweet-and-savory bite.

But let’s be serious. You cannot have hibachi without the sauce. 😂
🤤 HOMEMADE YUM YUM SAUCE!
Yep — we made that too! A generous drizzle goes right the top to finish the whole thing off.

So basically you’ve got homemade fried rice + teriyaki chicken + a pile of farm-fresh hibachi veggies + homemade Yum Yum Sauce all packed into one bowl. 🥢🔥

Sweet. Savory. Garlicky. Saucy. And packed with vegetables straight from our fields.

Hibachi night officially got the Tebbs treatment. 😂🥢

🍯🥓 TEBBS HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN COBB
🚨 NO PASTA! 🚨
We’re starting with chicken that gets marinated in a sweet & tangy honey mustard marinade with Dijon, honey, garlic and seasonings, then oven-roasted until tender and juicy.
It gets piled over a big bed of fresh chopped romaine along with:
🌽 Tebbs homegrown super-sweet corn cut fresh from the cob
🍅 Homegrown sweet cherry tomatoes
🥓 Crispy bacon
🥚 Hard-boiled egg
🥒 Fresh cucumber
🧅 Sweet red onion
🥑 Creamy avocado
🧀 Chunks of Cooper Sharp cheese
Finished with our homemade creamy honey mustard dressing on the side. Sweet, tangy, salty, smoky, creamy… basically everything you want in one forkful. 🤤

🌮🌽 TEBBS LOADED TACO PASTA SALAD
Now for the PASTA PEOPLE. 🙌
A big bed of fresh chopped romaine gets loaded with rotini pasta, seasoned taco ground chuck, Tebbs homegrown super-sweet corn, homegrown cherry tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, black beans, sweet red onion and Mexican cheese blend.
Then we’re adding crunchy tortilla strips on top because every good taco situation needs a little CRUNCH. 👏
Each one comes with our homemade Creamy Chili-Lime Dressing on the side — cool, creamy, zesty and just the right little kick to pull the whole thing together. 🌶️🍋‍🟩

TWO completely different salads.
