With over 35 years of experience, Jon is highly skilled at reaping an impressive harvest. His goal in offering garden consultation is to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to have a high yield harvest of high quality food year after year. When you invest in this skill, it surely pays off - as the whole Chester family can attest to!

We have raw honey available for $20 per quart.

In our opinion, honey is a miracle food! Here are some of our personal favorite benefits of local, raw honey:

Beef available in November. Grass fed, no antibiotics, no hormones. Finished on lush, fall grass. Prices this year:

$3.00/pound for a half side
$3.20/pound for rear quarter
$2.80/pound for front quarter

Prices are based on hanging weight and do not include processing. Pick up will be at our farm the second week of November.

Processing fees vary depending on your cut and packaging choices, but standard prices include:
General fee of $30/half or $15/quarter
$0.55/ pound vacuum seal
$0.45/pound paper wrap
$0.50/pound to have ground made into patties
$0.30/pound for rolled roasts

Examples Of processing fees only from last year (weights very from year to year)

Quarter processing ranged from $100.50-$129.10
Half processing was $173.50-$201.00

If interested, contact me by phone (text or call) 517-256-2308. A $100 deposit for half or $50 deposit for a quarter will hold your beef.

Grass fed beef available by quarter or half. Currently have both front and hind. Beef is grass fed, no hormones, no antibiotics.
Front quarters $2.65/pound hanging weight plus processing fees.
Hind quarters $2.95/pound hanging weight plus processing fees.
Processing to be done mid December. Pick up will be at our farm in Williamston. You will have the opportunity to choose your cutting preferences.

First come, first serve, a $50 deposit will hold your quarter, and a $100 deposit will hold your half. That money will be credited to your final cost.
