Beef available in November. Grass fed, no antibiotics, no hormones. Finished on lush, fall grass. Prices this year:
$3.00/pound for a half side
$3.20/pound for rear quarter
$2.80/pound for front quarter
Prices are based on hanging weight and do not include processing. Pick up will be at our farm the second week of November.
Processing fees vary depending on your cut and packaging choices, but standard prices include:
General fee of $30/half or $15/quarter
$0.55/ pound vacuum seal
$0.45/pound paper wrap
$0.50/pound to have ground made into patties
$0.30/pound for rolled roasts
