Our chicks finally arrived Wednesday! We are so thankful for such a great community. We are almost sold out of this batch and the chicks hadn’t even arrived yet! That goes to show the need and want for local food.

That means pasture-raised chicken is officially happening at Brave Land Farm this season ❤️

🐣 Estimated chick arrival: First week of July
🐓 Estimated harvest window: End of August through early September

Our birds will be:

🌱 Raised on pasture
☀️ Moved regularly to fresh grass
🐛 Given access to natural forage
🚫💊 Raised with no antibiotics
🚜 Raised by our family in Williamstown, Kentucky
🐓 Raised in small batches with care and attention

Because we’re intentionally starting small, availability will be limited and reservations will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
