And if you can't stock up Sunday, the EMF store is open every day from 7AM - 5PM. Beef is back in stock, with steaks, roasts and other specialty items.

It's a great time to check out the EMF farm store. In addition to our regular array of products, look for some special items. Beef is back in stock, including steaks, stew beef, and a prime rib roast (while they last!).

This Saturday Dec. 10 from 10-1 check out the South Williamstown Market in the 2nd Congregational Church, Route 43 just south of the 5 Corners. EMF will be joining other local food producers and artisans with our products; also available will be maple syrup, baked goods, late season veggies, and artisan wares included knitted goods, jewelry and wood working.

Williamstown Farmers Market has ended but that is no excuse to go without those Smoked Pork Chops or Italian Sausages! The EMF farm store is open every day during daylight hours for self-serve shopping. Inventory waxes and wanes so if you don't see something you are looking for now, check back again!

The first hay of the year! That means there have been enough warm and sunny days in a row to cut, ted, rake and bale the high grasses. The tedder attached to the tractor stirs up the cut grass to turn and fluff it so it dries better.

If it's good hay weather, it's also a great time to cook out! Try some of EMF's great ribs! Full rack, St. Louis Style and "mini" baby backs - for the perfect hay-day barbecue!
