After our live stream tonight, Phil and I were relaxing downstairs in the rec room. Suddenly we heard someone come in through the front door and start walking around. 2 of the 3 cats were downstairs with us, and no one showed up on our doorbell camera. I bravely refilled my wine glass and ventured upstairs to see who might have come in. But... there wasn't anyone there. The front door and windows were locked. The garage door was closed, and the first floor of the house was peaceful. Just to be certain, I went up to the second floor and discovered....NOTHING. So who, or what, was moving around while we were down in the basement? No, it couldn't have been the third cat because we heard the front door open. Maybe it's time we call Jason Hawes/TAPS.

Pickle alfredo pasta! Creamy, tangy, loaded with bacon — alfredo can sometimes be a little one note, so I threw in pickles to shake things up. The trick was keeping that acidic sauce from breaking, and once I figured it out, I could not stop eating this.
