The only substitutions I made, is that I used birch xylitol instead of sugar (and only 1/4 cup) for the mouse. And, for the mojito cocktail, I used 1/2 tsp. maple syrup in water instead of simple syrup.

The farm market will be OPEN from 10am to 3pm.

Expected produce is as follows: Strawberries (flats also available), Lettuce ( Butter, Mini Romaine, Red Leaf), Spinach, Bok choy, Baby Bok choy, Dill, Parsley, Cilantro.

You may place an order (not required) by calling or texting us at (609) 221-0245. Please know that if you don't receive a response, we didn't get your message! The best time to contact us is in the evening or before 10am.

A quick & easy recipe to make: "One Egg Lemon Pound Cake" from www.joinyourlife4u.com. It uses only one egg, uses oil instead of butter, and you can beat it by hand, without getting out the mixer. Also, it's healthier and probably tastes better than what you can find at the supermarket!
After making and cooling the cake, I cooked a few strawberries, mashed them, and added about a tablespoon of corn starch to thicken. Then, I added a few sliced, raw berries.
