Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard offers wine flights, glass and bottle purchases, and an array of rotating specials. General seating operates on a first come, first served basis, accommodating groups of up to 8 individuals. ork Winery and Vineyard focuses on honoring the cultural values and traditions Angelo learned while growing up in Greece. Customers can take comfort in the fact that each subtle note and flavor that dances on your tongue comes solely from our grapes and the fermentation process; no flavors or juices are ever added. Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard also prides itself on using 100% French Oak for our aging, creating wines full of deliciously subtle and smooth spices that you won’t soon forget. Angelo and Michelle are focused on continuing to create quality wine that you can feel good about drinking!

In partnership with the Hellenic Federation of New Jersey, we’re bringing a true Greek Night to the vineyard featuring live music by KEFI Greek Music, food vendors, and, of course, Blue Cork w**e.

Saturday, September 19 5:00–9:00 PM

Tickets at the door only
• $25 General Admission
• Students with a valid ID receive free admission and a complimentary drink.

Make your own delicious, fresh pasta while enjoying some perfectly paired Blue Cork w**e!

Join us October 1st at 6:00pm as Chef Ed walks us through an interactive hands-on pasta making class, taking you from dough to a final finished product.
The evening will start with focaccia, antipasto, and an included glass of w**e, with optional pairing suggestions available for purchase all night.

Guests will then start their journey of making and shaping their two pasta creations.

Class will finish with a serving of mouthwatering homemade tiramisu as well as info and recipe packets to take home!

Music Fans - your favorite night has returned!

Our normal host, Sheryl, is bringing her dad back again this season for a night of music fun!

Together the two will cover tunes that span the decades, primarily hitting the 1960s to today. From classics, to one hit wonders, to the obscure, get ready for some fun listening and lively competition!

Reservations are $15 per person, plus tax and can be made at www.bluecorkw**e.com/reservations. A glass of w**e from a preselected menu is included with your reservation.

Please note that outside food is not allowed on the premises. As a way of small businesses supporting one another, we partner with a local pizzeria that will deliver directly to your table to provide you with some delicious options while you enjoy your time competing the night away! We are able to accommodate groups of up to 8 individuals maximum. No children are allowed; all guests must be 21+.
