Whew... what a weekend! 🎉

On Friday, we brought the flavors of Cuba to a Havana Nights pool party in Richmond complete with tropical bites, live music, fire dancers, and perfect weather (thankfully, the rain got the memo and stayed away! ☀️🔥).

On Saturday, we headed to College Station to celebrate a Texas A&M graduate with a Taco Bar featuring Mojo Pork, Pulled Chicken, chips, queso, and plenty of Aggie spirit. 🎓🌮👍

Then on Sunday, we wrapped up the weekend with a beautiful wedding in Huntsville, helping two families celebrate the beginning of a new chapter together. 💍❤️

Three cities. Three completely different events. Hundreds of happy guests. One very grateful catering team.

Weekends like this remind us how fortunate we are to do what we love. Whether we're serving tacos, sliders at a pool party, or dinner at a wedding reception, we're honored every time we're invited to be part of life's biggest celebrations.

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of helping celebrate a huge milestone for Cierra, a proud new graduate of Texas A&M University! 👍🏻

What better way to celebrate years of hard work than with a crowd-favorite Taco Bar?

Last night, we traded Montgomery County for the streets of Havana and had an absolute blast catering an incredible neighborhood pool party in Richmond!

Guests enjoyed:
🥭 Fresh Mango Salsa with Plantain Chips
🌮 Mojo Pork Mini Tacos
🍔 Tequila Lime Chicken Sliders
🥟 Beef Empanadas
🥒 Veggie Kabobs
🍦 Churros with Vanilla Ice Cream

The atmosphere was unforgettable with a live band playing Cuban music, dazzling fire dancers, tropical vibes, and even a stunning showgirl greeting guests in true Havana style! 💃🔥

And perhaps the most impressive performance of the evening? The weather! 🌦️ Despite rain being in the forecast all day, the clouds cooperated, the storms stayed away, and the party went off without a hitch.

From the first bite of mango salsa to the last churro, guests enjoyed an evening filled with amazing food, music, laughter, and a little tropical magic under the Texas sky.

A huge thank you to this wonderful Richmond community for allowing Angie’s Choice Catering to be part of such a fun event. We love bringing creative themes to life and helping create memories that guests will be talking about long after the party ends.

"I recently secured Angie's Choice Catering and, simply put, her work premium. The company's service, attention to detail, professionalism, and ex*****on was exceptional. The event was a pre-wedding reception for my daughter - undoubtedly an extremely important and emotional event for me - and the event came off impeccably, and Angie's Choice Catering was a big part of that. When the guests are raving about the food and the only time you even speak to the caterer is to say "everyone please give a shout out to our amazing caterer, Angie", (followed by a loud cheer) you know you just hit a home run with your catering selection! I might also add, Angie was reasonably priced and recommended a great assortment of passed apps. This definitely won't be my last time using Angie's Choice Catering."
