Mark and I canned up 3 barrels of syrup this weekend into all sizes. We did a nice batch of Amber Rich and a batch of Dark Robust. Both yummy tasting. We also canned up 305 small glass maple leafs for an up and coming wedding. It was a long productive weekend.

So today we have officially wrapped up our season 2026. All taps are pulled and just a little more cleaning to finish and we are done until next season. Thank you all who continue to support our farm. We made some very tasty syrup this year. If you haven’t tried it yet you should.
