We are considering leasing out our front grass pasture that’s about 8acres will have two 12x12 wooden shelters…would be good for 4-5horses max. Property is about 25mins from WEC and 10mins from HITS.
Very private.
We have our own horses on the back 12acres and live on site and property is gated with two live stock guardian dogs. 

Just putting feelers out if there would be interest. 3 or 6month lease options with contract.

Thoughts especially on price point?
