As many of you know, the rich farmland located at Amber Brooke Farms Williston has always remained true to its mission of feeding the nation.
Through U-Pick days or commercial harvests, our goal has been to bring the best of farming directly to you. As a fourth-generation farmer, this work isn’t just a career, it’s a way of life. No matter what changes come our way, our dedication to resilience and quality in blueberry farming never wavers.
At this time, we’re returning to our roots and focusing on what we do best: feeding the community through commercial farming. It’s been a true joy to open these fields to so many of you, and we’re deeply grateful for the love and support this community has shown.
Our Williston farm will be closing its doors to the public for now, however, we can’t keep this beautiful property to ourselves forever. We are thinking of new ways to share this space with you all down the road, maybe even weddings and other special events here in the future.
While blueberries are near and dear to our hearts, we remain committed to providing meaningful ways for you to experience Amber Brooke Farms. Our Eustis location will continue to host all the events you know and love—from our delicious U-Pick blueberries, strawberries, and peaches to seasonal festivals and family-friendly fun.
