For those of you asking and waiting we finally have a shearing date. It is April 20, 2013. You are welcome to come join us on the farm. We have lots of jobs for you or just watching is fine too.
Gary usually starts by 9:00 and ends in the late afternoon. It depends on the weather, his and our stamina etc.
We should have lots of excellent fleeces this year. We have 20 yearlings and I haven't seen a bad one yet. Plus the moms and the rams. We're hoping to get those done the first day. But you never know.
