We are out scouting the height of the grass. This is the first field we will hay for our goats. It is beautiful and green but already drying out.

One of my favorite chores of the day is opening up the barn in the morning. These are our yearlings. I make sure to spend time with them every morning so they get familiar and comfortable with us, looks like it is working!

These two were the last born last year. They have different moms but clearly there is a bond there. We begin kidding again at the end of this month!
