We are excited the Wall Street Journal sees the value of our fight to keep the right to graze the Willits Valley we have taken care of for 27 years!

The construction of a long-sought highway bypass around a small town in Mendocino County has spurred a unusual dispute over whether ranchers should be allowed grazing rights in an area set aside as wetlands.

Hi All,
Friday night July 15 at 7 p.m. at the Willits Grange, 291 School Street in Willits, a movie called FARMAGEDDON will be shown. Joel Salatin describes it as the next level after Food Inc. and Fresh. It is a $5 donation. The film features maverick farmer Joel Salatin, Weston Price's Foundation president Sally Fallon, local farmers,buyers clubs and reps from the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Aid Fund.

Instead of ranching, this is one of the things we have been having to spend a lot of our time on lately. We would sure appreciate any of our fans, writing letters to your local politicians or just getting mad!! It is scary to think that we are slowly losing prime agriculture land. Where will we produce food in the coming years?
