Why Are We Here......
Our story is simple. I am an engineer and amateur scientist, I enjoy a good solid liquor that can be sipped and enjoyed. What I found was a lot of junk, poor quality spirits being sold as craft. Distilling is a combination of science and art, unfortunately most craft distillers do not have both of these together. So, I determined if I don’t like what they are serving - make my own.
I have always said and believe “If you have to mix your liquor - buy better liquor”
What we make will be drinkable, sippable and have a real taste from locally sourced ingredients. Make with care and the thought that I am going to be drinking this along with you.
