Cauliflower cinnamon sugar gnocchi! You’d never know these were cauliflower gnocchis with the way I doctored them up! I also used a non fat yogurt and added cinnamon and stevia for the dip! It’s a healthy, non fat, sweet treat!

Made the new “frothy” coffee! It’s only 30 calories with 1 g carb and 2 g fat. This caramel pecan froth coffee is worth trying and don’t forget to use in it!

Another week, another meal prep. On the left we have Cliantro lime rice, sweet and savory chicken with broccoli. One the right we have the same except the broccoli has been replaced with broccoli and cheddar tater tots!

Doesn’t get more spring than this! A lemon almond monkey cake! It’s a perfect ombré of buttery, flakey lemon biscuits topped with lemon butter goodness that turns into a glaze as she bakes! ☀️🍋
