New York strip 30 lbs box. $200 per box. comes with 2 New York strips, 2 serlion steaks, 2 short ribs, round roast, soap bone, 12 lbs. of ground. I am a wholesaler & sell 1/4 sides=4 boxes, 1/2 sides+=8 boxes. Taking steers to slaughter tommorrow. Still have a few quarters available. $450 + .71 hanging weight butcher fee. Expect about 100 lbs. of steaks, roast, ground beef. About 2 large ice chests. All natural, grass fed, angus beef. Will be hung and aged for 21-25 days and will be ready for delivery at the end of the month.

I've had lots of questions about what you get with a 1/4 cow. The front 1/4 would be a little less. It's $6 lbs. hanging weight (before butchering) Your trimmed weight after butchering would be 130-160lbs. Organs and stew bones included when requested.
