Wednesday I'll be dropping off every pit master's dream at the butcher. Premium Berkshire Ossabaw pigs weighing in around the 300 # mark. They have been rotationally grazed on woods and pasture. Rooting in the dirt eating acorns and forage. No vaccines. No antibiotics. Clean pork raised the way it was intended. Our well marbled, flavorful Berkshire pork is hard to beat on its own, but the addition of that decadent Ossabaw fat takes this pork to a whole different level of deliciousness. Just in time for your 🧨FOURTH OF JULY cookout! If you want a whole pork butt (trust me, you WANT one) let me know now so they aren't cut into smaller roasts.
