Job Duties vary by floor but are as follows;
Slaughter Floor Tasks - Corral Cleaning, Animal Welfare, Humane Handling, Proper Stunning, Sticking, Evisceration, Organ/Hide Removal, Zero Trimming of carcass, Room Clean-Up, Various tasks that require lifting 50+ lbs and being in extreme temperatures for extended times.
Processing Floor Tasks – Setting Up Room Pre-Shift, Disassembling Carcass, Using Knives and other utensils, Maintaining Cleanliness and adhering to HACCP Food Regulations, Bagging Product Cuts, labelling to USDA Specs, Loading/Unloading Boxes, Various tasks that require lifting of 50+ pounds and being in extreme temperatures for prolonged amount of time.

We ask that applicants have a reliable means of transportation, are able to lift 50+ pounds and be exposed to above average hot/cold temperatures.
