First kids at Spring Creek Farm since spring of 2024! Both kids are doing great! Made their breech entrances into the world Thursday night! The black one is a buckling and the brown one is a doeling. My ❤️ is HAPPY!

Checking the barn view before bed….Eve should kid in the next week. Echo dotes on her and watches over her. How cute is that???

In 2 weeks a few days Eve should be kidding! I can’t wait. Sure missed kidding season last year. So thankful for the wonderful results from my shoulder replacement!

Gidget, snoozing in the sunshine (on my lap, of course)! She works hard every morning. She herds the cats to the barn, then leads the goats to the milk stand, one by one. She taste tests a little milk from each goat, then leads them back to the barn (as if they don’t know the way LO). Finally she just runs all over the barn and pasture while the watering, feeding and cleaning happens. Needless to say, she is exhausted and ready for a nap!
