I need a week notice to get it fixed for you due to a homemade baked cheesecake does take time and is a process. A week gives me time to make sure to get the ingredients and get it made for you. They freeze really good, since I slice it for you, you can take a piece out to thaw as you want it. 1 piece set out to thaw thaws quickly. A whole cheesecake take overnight in the fridge or a few hours on the counter covered.

Sorry to all my customers. I have had a technical malfunction which caused me to lose a lot of cakes I had in stock. I’ve also had a lot of other just life things come into play as well so I haven’t been baking and restocking. Decided with all of that to take a step back for a bit and regroup. I will post again once I’m back into baking and stocking up.
Thanks for everyone’s loyalty so far and for your patience through this time phase.
I’m not giving up but just pausing and still plan to get a Shop/bakery going at some point in the future.
