Sadly, my ovens giving me issue again. I can’t get the part until tomorrow. We have to close for the remainder of the day! 😢

UPDATE: WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS 🙏🏽👏🏼

I have to close for lunch. I’m having oven issues and my guy can’t get here until 12.

Genuinely, I’m so sad about it 😩 I feel like I’m constantly being tested.. whether it’s my personal life or work life.

I can donate, sponsor, provide free food to people in the community and NEVER for recognition. Yet I’m ALWAYS being tested. With a roof, mixer, equipment, oven, employees, customers. People come in and just trash my bathrooms. Trash my dining room. Disrespect my employees. Throw blessing box items on the ground. It’s never ending stress and anxiety.

I’m always grateful and I know it comes with owning a business but CAN I CATCH A BREAK BRO

I really am sooo thankful for my crew.

We’ve been through the ringerrrrrrrrrr this summer.

Every one has been willing to pick up shifts, cover for others when needed, work around the list of issues we’ve had with the building and equipment, adjust baby sitter schedules, and just overall work together for the most part to keep everything going.

I would NEVER be able to do this on my own.

Someone may have put onions on your hoagie when you asked for none, someone may not be as pleasant on the phone as they should this phone call, your food may have gotten there late this time around. But we’re ALWAYS trying and I’m grateful for it all despite the obstacles
