This lemon garlic herb salmon is proof that a few quality ingredients can transform a meal. The secret? A bright splash of Twisted Alchemy Lemon Juice to bring everything together.

Recipe:
• Salmon
• 2 tbsp Twisted Alchemy Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
• Fresh mint, chopped
• Salt + pepper

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salmon and bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until flaky.
