This week in our Swine Science class, we were joined by Ohio Pork’s Director of Education, Blake Campbell, for a PQA+ training program.

Our students were able to add an industry certification to their resume and become more prepared for this semester’s hands-on learning experiences!

The Academic Farm wants to give a huge shout out to Trent, Tom, DTS, and the many students involved in completing this year's hay crop. There will be plenty of forages to keep our animals happy and full over the winter, and it's all thanks to you guys - Go DubC!

Wilmington College Students have been TAGGED to teach ag!

During the first week of classes, WC Agriculture Education students gathered to receive updates on the program, learn about upcoming opportunities, and discover more ways to get involved in the industry as young professionals!

We can’t wait to see the impact these future teachers make through their agriculture education programs!

Today out on the academic farm students apart of the crop and animal 2 lab we going over tractor safety and practice their driving skills with the equipment. Students were able to participate in 3 levels of driving those being beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This is just a start of some of the amazing labs we are going to see out here at the academic farm!
