ITS GONNA BE A GREAT DAY FOR BBQ!! See you there?! Open Monday, Labor Day for dine in, carryout, call ahead, online order/in storepickup, and third party delivery.

Full disclosure… we sold so many of our house sausages this weekend that I think I only have 4 to smoke for tomorrow. So the first 4 orders get dibs and then after that we will still run the Sampler but with swapping the house sausage for our chicken quarter. We usually don’t offer that as an option so this will be a very special treat for everybody.

Hope to have the man power Monday to crank out a lot to be ready for Tuesday but these take probably 10+ hours of time grinding our brisket trim and stuffing the real casings before we can even smoke them. It’s a beautiful craft!!

The good news is that heritage BBQ men have lots of muscle. The bad news is that a certain heritage bbq muscle man was doing such a good job slicing potatoes that we busted our potato slicer. 🤪😆 Getting a rush on the replacement part but we will not have house chips for the rest of the night. But still come eat a good dinner with us!!!!!!!!! And if you see Brandon you can lament with him on this great loss 😆
