A Wonderful Un Per Due Tasting at Frank’s Liquors!

This past weekend, we had an amazing time at Frank’s Liquors, introducing customers to the unique flavors of Un Per Due! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made for the perfect setting to enjoy our aperitif, and we loved seeing everyone discover their new favorite way to sip and savor.

From classic spritzes to creative cocktail pairings, Un Per Due was a hit with both longtime aperitif lovers and those trying it for the first time. A huge thank you to the team at Frank’s Liquors for hosting us and to everyone who stopped by to taste, chat, and celebrate good drinks and great company.

Holiday cocktails: Un Per Due Pink Gin Fizz. Add this beautiful cocktail to your holiday events.
Ingredients:
Pink Gin (we used Puerto de Indias)
Simple Syrup
Lemon Juice
Un Per Due

First chill a champagne flute. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1.5 ounces of pink gin and 1 oz of Simple Syrup. Then add one ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake and pour into your champagne flute. Top off with Un Per Due. Add a lemon peel for garnish. We also added rosemary for the holidays.

Holiday Cocktails: Negroni Extra Sbagliato! Our take on the Negroni Sbagliato. A colorful addition to any holiday party.
Ingredients:
Un Per Due
Campari
Sweet Vermouth

Enjoy over ice or straight up.
Over ice: Fill a high ball glass with ice. Add equal parts Campari and Vermouth (1.5 ounces each). Top off with Prosecco.

Straight up: Chill a champagne flute. Fill a mixer with ice and add equal parts Campari and Vermouth. Pour into the champagne flute. Top off with Prosecco.

We added pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary for a holiday touch. Enjoy!

Holiday cocktails: The classic Mimosa with an Un Per Due twist! Perfect for a holiday gathering or a Sunday brunch.
Ingredients:
Un Per Due Rosé
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Orange for garnish

In a chilled champagne flute, fill the glass half way with Un Per Due Rosé. Top off with orange juice. Drain the pulp for best results! Add an orange wheel for a beautiful finish.
This can also be made with Classic Un Per Due.

Holiday cocktails are here! Try this fabulous drink using Un Per Due Rosé. We call it the Vespa, our take on the Bicicletta.
The Vespa
3 oz Compari
2 oz Un Per Due Rosé
A slash of sparking water
A splash of orange juice

Add the Compari and the Un Per Due Rosé to a large wine glass. Fill 2/3 way with ice. Add a splash of sparkling water and a splash of orange juice and two orange wheels for garnish. Enjoy!
