Happy Father’s Day to all of you amazing dads out there, especially the Dad’s of Gator Bay Oyster Co!

🦪 Nelson, watching you with Jane and Guy is one of the greatest gifts in my life. You work so hard for our family, often putting in long hours and carrying so much responsibility, yet you always make time for the people you love. I am so proud of the life we’ve built together and so grateful that you get to spend your days doing something you’re passionate about. Jane is so lucky to have a dad who teaches her to work hard, follow her dreams, put family first, and find joy in the simple things. The love, patience, and devotion you showed Guy throughout his life speaks volumes about the kind of father and person you are. Watching you care for him, advocate for him, celebrate him, and love him so completely is something I will never forget. That love didn’t end when we lost him, it remains a part of our family and a part of who you are. We love you more than words can say.

And to Jim (Papa), thank you for always being there for us. From helping on the farm to jumping in whenever something needs to be done, your support means more than you’ll ever know. You’ve been such an important part of making our dreams possible, and we are so grateful for your steady presence, happiness, wisdom, and willingness to help. Jane is lucky to have such a wonderful Papa in her corner!
