Today in the kitchen, we’re making a timeless classic: Olive Oil Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolma)! 💚

When you combine plenty of onions, spices, tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, and Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil, the result is nothing short of extraordinary!

Here’s the recipe👇

🥣 For the filling:
* Rinse and soak 1.25 lbs (about 2 ½ cups) of rice.
* Finely chop 1 large onion and 1 garlic clove, then add them to the bowl.
Add:
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon dried mint
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 grated medium tomato (about ½ cup)
* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
* A handful of chopped parsley (about ¼ cup)
* And a generous drizzle of Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil (about ¼ cup)
* Mix everything thoroughly.

🌿 For rolling:
* Rinse the brined grape leaves and trim off the stems.
* Place a spoonful of filling on the smooth side of each leaf and roll tightly.
* Arrange the stuffed grape leaves upright in a pot.

🍋 For cooking:
* Drizzle a little more Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil over the stuffed leaves.
* Top with lemon slices.
* Add water to reach halfway up the pot.
* Cover and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
* Once done, drizzle with a final touch of Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil before serving.
Serve with a side of yogurt and a final drizzle of olive oil — every bite just gets better! 🫒✨
