Delaware’s h**p industry is under serious threat.

House Bill 395, as currently written, could force responsible local h**p businesses to shut down almost overnight—criminalizing federally legal products and wiping out small businesses, farmers, veterans, wellness companies, and everyday Delawareans who chose to follow the legal market and do things the right way.

We refuse to stay silent while an entire industry is erased without fair discussion, balanced regulation, or respect for the people it impacts.

This isn’t about stopping regulation.
It’s about demanding smart regulation—not destruction.

We are actively supporting a better path forward:

The Science of Serenity: Why Moving Water Restores the Mind!

Have you ever wondered why sitting near a rushing waterfall, listening to ocean waves, or resting beside a stream feels deeply therapeutic? It is not just an emotional response. It is a measurable, biological shift.
When we step away from modern environments, our restoration is powered by a fascinating blend of atmospheric chemistry and sensory physics.

1. The Invisible Shift: Air Ions
The air around us is filled with molecules broken apart by natural forces, creating invisible, electrically charged particles called air ions:
