ms. abundance, i wanted to send you my sincerest gratitude for catering my party. everyone loved your creations (especially your mack for which there is not a single crumb left). all of the pans are clear! (o none of my friends who attended are veg, many of them are lactose intolerant and usually are in pain but love cheese, and in fact many of them are meat lovers and they were blown away by the flavor & tenderness of the oxtail & epis. i will be living in the glow with the few leftovers for lunch this week which saves me from meal prepping. so much of the success of this gathering is thanks to you and your family. Ai meant to take a group photo with your food, but by the time we finally got together plates & bowls were literally scraped clean.
