I led food and cocktail walking tours of Wilmington, N.C., as well as step-on, bus, private and group food tours around the Cape Fear region. These days, I'm a freelance food journalist and content consultant whose clients have included British Airways magazine, Fodor's and Coastal Review, a publication of the N.C.
