We went from the sea to Tuscany with two unforgettable dishes:

🐙 La Plancha Charred Octopus
Fennel & piquillo pepper salsa verde, black garlic almond aioli

🍖 Tuscan Grilled Baby Lamb Chops
Pumpkin risotto, crispy guanciale, grilled asparagus & truffle balsamic glaze

Delicate, translucent wrappers, the perfect amount of filling, and just the right touch when folding and steaming. It’s all about technique—and knowing when to handle them gently.
