Life has been a bit busy lately, so I haven't had much time for granola, unless someone asks me for it. But this rainy weekend gave me a *little* downtime and the opportunity to try something new... oat-free granola! As a granola baker, it just didn't feel right to make granola without oats, but I had a special request from my sweet friend, Nancy, so I decided to give it a try. And guess what? It's really yummy! Packed full of protein thanks to a variety of nuts and seeds, and lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup, I can totally see why oat-free granola is a thing! 😋🤣 Of course my original recipe granola will always be the nearest and dearest to my heart, so I made a batch of that this weekend too. ☺️❤️
