Here at 🅕🅡🅐🅝🅚🅢🐸🅦🅘🅝🅔 on North Union Street, we’ve never exactly been New York Knicks 🏀 fans.
But over the last couple of weeks? We absolutely jumped on the bandwagon and were cheering these guys on every step of the way… mainly because Frank Pagliaro ‘s kids olivia russo & Mel Russo are New Yorkers! ❤️❤️

And my God… we’re all in a New York State of Mind right now!
Fifty-three years in the making. Generations of fans who never stopped believing. The energy, the passion, the loyalty… it’s what sports are all about🥂🍾
Honestly, we can’t even imagine what New York City looks like tonight. The celebration has to be absolutely insane.
So raise a glass, pop some bubbles, and enjoy every second of it.

🍷❄️ CHILLABLE REDS… the hottest cool trend in wine. Or are they? 🤔

Funny thing is, 40 years ago we were already selling chilled reds here at on North Union Street. Back then they came in bottles named Lancers, Mateus, and Riunite. Somewhere along the way, we forgot that red wine doesn’t always have to be served at room temperature. 🌡️

Fast forward to today, and “Chillable Reds” are everywhere. Light-bodied Zwiegelt, Gamay, Frappato, Schiava, Lambrusco, and a whole new generation of juicy, fresh reds are proving that a little time in the fridge can make a wine absolutely sing.🥶

Whether it’s a 90° humid 🌞Delaware weekend, a backyard barbecue, a trip to the shore🏖️, or a perfect 65° sunny 😎 afternoon on the patio, these wines hit the sweet spot between refreshing and flavorful.

So is it a trend? Absolutely.

Is it really anything new? Not at all.

Sometimes the wine world just spends 40 years rediscovering what Grandma was already drinking. 👵🏼
