INGREDIENTS:
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 cups rice cereal (Rice Krispies)
3 cups mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes so the marshmallows don't melt completely.
Fold in the rice cereal and mini marshmallows until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into bars.
