We hope you all survived the storms. Unfortunately another 2 and a half inches for us puts a halt on wheat harvest and hay baling. 🙁

We are open today from 4 until 6. I have small filets and a couple sirloins left as far as steaks go, but we have everything else fully stocked for you.

Look closely and you will see a baby deer. Willie moved it yesterday while they were running barley. When we mow hay and run crops, you always have to look for babies this time of the year. They are very hard to see. 🥰

We have the barley ran and now Nick is planting double crop beans. It keeps raining and that makes it hard to get the wheat ran and the beans planted. We also have hay and straw to bale and spraying to do. There is no such thing as down time around here, we run from one thing to the next. 😂

Happy Monday! I restocked a beef. Steaks are still limited and I will have no tbones or porterhouse for another week or so.

I will not be taking any more orders the rest of the summer unless you are purchasing a lot of beef. ‼️I have too much to keep up with right now and everything for now will be first come, first serve. I will try to continue to remind you of upcoming closures. ‼️We will be closed July 9th thru the 20th. We will also be closed August 7th thru the 24th. There will be no one to assist you during these times, not even drop ins.‼️ We need this time away and with us being open all year, it is important that we dedicate some of the summer to our children. They put up with a lot and sacrifice a lot of their time. Thank you for your understanding! We appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️

We are back open today from 12 until 3. We will be restocked on steaks tomorrow. I am not sure they will last long as my phone has been blowing up with people asking for them. I do have 2 beef being processed now that will be ready in time for the 4th. If you don't get any this round, we will have more very soon. This is my fault as I was not thinking and only took one to process last time. As always we appreciate your business and patience! ❤️

We will not be open today. Our littlest gal is feeling pretty bad with an ear ache. She has been up most of the night with fevers and an upset tummy. She is cutting 4 teeth on top of it, so she's feeling pretty rough. Thanks for ypur understanding! 🩷Hopefully after some antibiotics, she will be back to her crazy self!

We passed our health inspection! If you are buying your meat from someone who is not running a business properly and staying up to code both in the building they sell it in and making sure your buying retail inspected meat, you are taking a big risk and you better hope you don't get sick. We have to jump thru a lot of hoops to run our business and make sure that all the boxes are checked. Our customers and their health are very important to us! ❤️

Not the best picture, but we spent the day with our 4-H club going to different members houses to look at their different projects. Addie and Willow got to share about their feeder calves and fat steers. It was a hot one today, but the girls had fun and Graham had fun staying and helping dad.
