Make Christmas memories. Stroll through a local farm to choose and cut your own tree beginning the day after Thanksgiving. You may pick your own locally-grown blueberries beginning around mid-July. The blueberry season usually lasts 3 or 4 weeks. We have Douglas fir up to about 12 feet tall and Canaan fir and Fraser fir up to about 8 feet tall. We also have white pine and Scotch pine. We accept Vi

sa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. The price is the same for any tree you choose and cut yourself. If you want the tree shaken and baled, there is a $7 charge for that.

When it comes to everyday snacking, simplicity matters.

Blueberries offer a balance of flavor, convenience, and nutrition - making them an easy choice to reach for again and again. Not just a snack, THE snack.

The Frosts and freezes have caused significant damage to the blueberry crop. We have lost our earlier varieties. They have very few berries in them. The midseason berries are very variable in the fields with a decent yield in some areas and scattered berries in other areas. We anticipate a shortened season this year. We will update the page as we get closer to ripening.

We were frosted again this morning with temp recorded at 28 degrees in the field. We will have to check the fields later today and in a few days.
Some young bushes have a lot of little green berries already.

Blueberry blossoms that have survived several nights of frost. Let’s hope the have been pollinated. We have hearty hives of bees but they don’t like to come out when it is so cool.
