crucial product information including: crush date, polyphenol (antioxidant) level, FFA, okleic acid, peroxide value (all measured at the time of crush), country of origin, tasting notes, recipes and applications with more suggestions. We also offer over 30 of the finest naturally flavored balsamic vinegar in both white and dark barrel, aged, certified and cooked over an open wood fired and contains an equivalent amount of solid extracts as DOP balsamic.
