So many firsts yesterday as Spring Break began! We visited Holt's Landing State Park in Delaware, where we tried our hand at clamming and collecting mussels. We also spent a little time at Bethany Beach - the kids' first time seeing the Atlantic Ocean. It was freezing on the beach but we shared an ice cream anyway! Now I just need to find good (safe) recipes for cooking our shellfish so we don't spend the weekend projectile vomiting :)
