I've gone back and forth on writing this post all weekend.
When I started The Nested Willow Co., I dreamed of creating something beautiful for my family a way to share homemade goods, connect with my community, and build something of my own. Every loaf, cookie, hand pie, and cinnamon roll was made with so much love.
But lately, if I'm being completely transparent, I've felt exhausted.
I'm a wife, a mom to two little ones, a homemaker, and somewhere along the way, I forgot that I can't keep pouring from an empty cup. I've been trying to do all the things, and the truth is that something has to give.
So after a lot of thought, I've decided that this weekend will be the last weekend for the stand, at least for this season.
This wasn't an easy decision. There have been tears, second guessing, and plenty of wondering if I should just keep pushing through. But my family deserves a version of me that isn't constantly rushing, planning the next bake, worrying about sales, or trying to squeeze one more thing into an already full day.
Right now, my greatest calling is here at home.
To everyone who has supported me whether you bought a single cookie or came back weekend after weekend, thank you. You helped make this little dream a reality, and I'll never forget that.
This doesn't feel like the end of a dream. It feels like choosing a different priority for this season, and trusting that what's meant for me will still be there when the time is right.
Thank you for cheering me on, supporting local, and allowing me to share a piece of my heart with you. ❤️
