History behind Carolina Breeze Italian Ice . I have a lot of FB friends, but I choose to keep a very very small circle of everyday close friends / cousins. A few years ago, we lost a very special and dear person to my family, Andy Chiwana. He was really like the brother, that I never had. Please don’t get it twisted, I really miss all of my deceased cousins, uncles, friends, and definitely Mike Smith! However, with Andy being from Africa, and only having one other sibling in the States, he needed a voice. Over the years Andy was beyond well known in the Wilson are, whether it was his cooking skills or socializing. So keeping his memory and legacy alive, needed to be accomplished.

My introduction to this industry was a success under my former alliance, Sea Breeze Italian Ice. However having a father and mentor in James Ward, I was always taught how to be self employed and to always try to eliminate the middleman. So I decided it was time to reinvent the wheel.

Jazmin Jones and I decided that Andy loved Carolina. We love the breezes of Atlantic Beach, and we believe we have the best Italian Ice products in the state. Please keep us in mind for all of your parties and banquets.
